- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Steve Morgan, Contract Specialist, email: steven.p.morgan@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX0F0715AX; NOUN: Interface Unit, Data; NSN: 7025-01-542-8454; P/N: D6291000001, Quantity: 150 each One Time Buy applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery with First Article is 150 each 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 150 each, 275 DACA. This requirement is restricted to GE Aviation Systems (35351) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
