- Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Program Support (ADUSD(PS)), intends to award a sole source contract to ICF Incorporated, LLC of Fairfax, VA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Under this contract, ICF International, LLC will provide ADUSD (PS) with policy, analytical, technical, and management support to enable development of the Total Force Integration Contractor Optimization Analysis. The support will assist ADUSD (PS) in the development of tools needed for senior leaders to accurately address the requirements, risk, plans and strategies for the forces and the apportionment amount the total force, to achieve national objectives. This notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 7.A.M. EST, 24 August 2010 by e-mail to robin.castoldi@whs.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the development based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source award. The cancellation notice will be posted on FedBizOps.
