- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a 8(a) Direct contract for a 12 month base period (23 Aug 10 22 Aug 11), 4 twelve month option periods (23 Aug 11 22 Aug 15) and a potential 6 month extension of services (23 Aug 15 22 Feb 16), IAW FAR 52.217-8, to facilitate a personal services contract for Nurse Practitioner Services, Community Based Warrior Transition Unit, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC, with duty at Rock Island, IL, Concord, MA and Virginia Beach, VA. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-10-R-0090. This notice is an urgent requirement for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307. Parties interested in this and future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
