Description

J & A The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific-Guam District Superintendent's Office (DSO) has a requirement to support Guam High School, McCool Middle School and Anderson MS for Interscholastic Sports. Membership with Interscholastic Athletic Association of Guam's (IIAAG) is a requirement for middle schools and high schools to compete with local schools outside of DoDEA and promote DoDEA Guam's Interscholastic Sports Program. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. However, interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement shall submit a sufficient data (including cost) to determine compatibility. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM Japan Standard Time, 16 August 2010. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
