- Replace HVAC Building 24 and Outbuildings Construction Services for Project #570-09-140 Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Consolidated Contracting will be issuing an Invitation for Bid from a General Construction Contractor for the project to Replace HVAC at the VA Central California Health Care System located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, California. Work shall include the potential removal, replacement and/or upgrade of the HVAC systems in numerous outbuildings and Building 24 at the Fresno Campus. This Invitation for Bid will be a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from qualified SDVO Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Bid documents will be available on or about August 16, 2010. The invitation for bid will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Bid Conference and Project Site Visit is tentatively scheduled to be held on August 25, 2010 at the Fresno facility from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Please confirm exact location, date, and time in the solicitation. This conference is highly recommended. Estimated project cost is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
