- RFP: VA-261-10-RQ-0306 Due: Sept.3, 2010 (est.), Request for Quote (RFQ) - Hotel Accommodations for a VA Conference to include meeting rooms, food and beverage, staff and business office and bulk shredding services. The Department of Veterans Affairs will host a three day conference in the San Francisco area for the upcoming Scientific Merit Review Meeting under the auspices of the VA Office of Research and Development. The NAICS code is 721110, size standard of $7.0 million applies. Product Service code of X112 applies. The actual solicitation should be posted on or about August 20, 2010; this is a presolicitation announcement for informational purposes only. This is expected to be a full and open competition; market research did not reveal any Veteran-Owned Small Businesses or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that could justify a set-aside. However, should any such capable firms make an inquiry, then this may be set-aside accordingly. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing, questions may be faxed to W. Ulibarri, (650) 849-0332 or emailed to bill.ulibarri@va.gov. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
