NOTE: Potential offerors are requested to pay careful attention to Attachment #A002 - 12 Additional Items Incorporated Into Solicitation (Revised) as this attachment notes all changes and clarifications from the original solicitation to this revised solicitation. The magnitude of construction is a dollar range so the potential offerors have a general idea of the range of the total price of the potential contract costs. This statement is a requirement of Section 36.204 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The categories available in accordance with FAR are (a) less than $25,000, (b)between $25,000 and $100,000, (c) between $100,000 and $250,000, (d) between $250,000 and $500,000, (e) between $500,000 and $1,000,000, (f) between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, (g) between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 and (h) over $10,000,000. The magnitude of construction noted for this project, between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, should not be interpreted as $5,000,000 is available for this project. It is used merely to indicate which category within the FAR Section 36.204 this solicitation resides.
