- PROGRAM UPDATE - 12 AUGUST 2010 The Government anticipates the release of the draft RFP to be 10 November 2010. The attachments will be released as they become available. We anticipate the release of the final RFP to be 9 December 2010 with a Proposal due date of 10 February 2011. The estimated award date for the contract is September 2011. PROGRAM UPDATE - 25 MAY 2010 The Government is continuing the development of the acquisition strategy of the JTC TRS Program. At this time we anticipate we will release a draft RFP in late summer 2010. As we define our acquisition schedule, we will provide more details. Further, the Government anticipates this requirement shall be fulfilled utilizing full and open competition procedures. As a reminder all prospective offers must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to the anticipated date of award.
