- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to negotiate and award a contract on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Historical Research Associates, Inc. 125 Bank St 5th Floor, Missoula, MT, 59802-4407 for the written provision of an updated and revised documentation of the River of Interests which is a previously published history of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Project (CERP). This product will be delivered to the Jacksonville, FL area. NAICS Code is 711510, Size standard is $7,000,000. The sole source determination is based upon using a follow-on contract from the original source Historical Research Associates, Inc (HRA). HRA being the only eligible local company that can deliver the desired products or services to the location needed. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 06:34 a.m. EST on 23 August 2010.
