Description
The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive requirement for supplies and services for a Weather and Stream Flow Monitoring Station to RainOne, Longmont, CO, 80504. The items are to be provided for the Government of Mexico at Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Supplies and services include one (1) ea of the following: Contrail base station, one license; METAR data collector, one license; USGS Data collector, one license; University of Arizona rain gauge, custom interface development; server hardware; set up and on-site installation; Training - 3 days on site, user, admin and server admin; StormLink satellite ALERT concentrator; 1 concentrator including standard hardware & installation, and maintenance training at installation; StormLink data fees; Cabinet for outdoor/indoor installation; Contrail web initial set up; Contrail web data service annual fee; Optional public web site; Alarm notification; On-site user and administrator training; Contrail base station license 1-year maintenance; METAR data collector license 1-year maintenance; USGS data collector license 1-year maintenance; University of Arizona rain gauge, custom interface development maintenance; StormLink data fees maintenance. This is part of a larger international project which was accepted by the government of Mexico and is part of the Emergency Flood Warning and Modeling Project in Northern Mexico. The equipment contains proprietary data and the vendor is the developer and sole distributor of the DIADvisor and Contrail Enterprise applications that are required for this joint effort. The equipment must be compatible with the system currently in use by the National Water Commission in northern Mexico (CONAGUA). NAICS Code: 334519. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received no later than the closing date of this announcement. All responses must be in writing by email to jstevenson@usgs.gov.
