- RECOVERY: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The General Services Administration, Mid-Atlantic Region, plans to issue a task order under existing Indefinite Quantity contract GS-03P-09-CD-D-0035 to procure construction management services for three ARRA-funded construction projects at the U. S. Post Office and Court House in Pittsburgh, PA. This opportunity is only available to the contractor who currently holds a construction management services order at the same building for non-ARRA projects. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated Indefinite Quantity contractor. This acquisition falls under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in by email to jim.morris@gsa.gov.
