- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) N5264A PNA-X measurement receiver, Note: The above main product and all of its options are Refurbished, Qty 1; 2) N5264A-108 Adds LO Source 26.5 GHz, Qty 1; 3) N5264A-1CP Rack mount kit for installation with handles, Qty 1; 4) R-51B-001-3C Return to Agilent Warranty - 3 years, Qty 1 this is sole source to Agilent Technologies, 9780 S Meridian Blvd, Englewood CO,80112 due to direct replacement of some of the obselete equipment in use with the antenna chamber. Any firms believing that they can provide the upgrade to the antenna chamber parts of the obsolete equipment that is being replaced with the current generation measuring instruments may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
