- DAVIS BACON WAGE DETERMINATION - KEY WEST STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) A-2 STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) A-1 REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) DOCUMENT The Contractor shall design, fabricate and install five lockable security gates at the entrance to all the docks and one double swinging gate at the entrance of the employee parking lot at the National Ocean Service (NOS), Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS), Dr. Nancy Foster Florida Keys Environmental Complex (NFC) located in Key West, FL in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Davis Bacon Wage Rates Decision Number FL100162, dated 03/26/2010 and the Government Terms and Conditions included herein.
