- Scope of Work Request purchase, delivery and installation of all office furniture and desk systems for office spaces that occupy 3580 sf that must accommodate 21 persons. All colors to be decided upon when final vendor has been selected by contracting, due to variances in manufacturers. See Attached scope of work for additional details Required Walk-Thru on 8/23/2010 @ 12:30 P.M.Central Time in the Coast Guard Offices located in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers building at 2000 Fort Point Road (Room 120), Galveston, TX 77550. All interested parties must make the walk thru. Interested parties that do not make the walk thru on 8/23/2010 at 12:30 PM, their bids will not be accepted as they will not have the information provided to vendors that make the walk-thru. Information of those interested must provide Name of party attending and company they represent as so security can be notified of their arrival. Submit information to Mark.T.Tahtinen@uscg.mil prior to 8/23/10 @ 11:00AM to notify U.S. Army Corp of Engineering Security POC for the walk thru will be SKC Mark Tahtinen with U.S.C.G. SFO Galveston Award of the requirement shall be made to the vendor whose proposal offers the greatest value to the government. Technical Factors, Past Performance are more important than Price. Federal Acquisition Regulations Clauses for Commercial Items are included in this order and are applicable. Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses and the Department of Labor Wage Rates for services are included in this agreement and are applicable.
