- Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract with SAVI Technology, 351 E Evelyn Ave, Mountain View, CA 94041 for Onsite sustainment support for the Savi SmartChain (SCEP) Total Asset Visibility/Inventory Management System (TAV/IMS). The On-site support will have a thorough knowledge of the Savi SmartChain solution operated at SIAD from a hardware, edgeware and application software level. The SIAD TAV/IMS is a recently installed COTS solution provided by Savi Technology that has been adapted for Sierras unique business operations. Authority: 40 U.S.C. 501 and FAR 8.405-6, Limited Sources Justification and Approval. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
