- This is a synopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 for a weather condition test chamber, Xenon Part No. Xe-3-HS brand name or equal in accordance with the statement of work, for the DLA Product Test Center - Analytical Unit, 700 Robbins Ave., Building 5d, Philadelphia, PA 19111. Required delivery time time is within 30 days after date of contract. FOB/Inspection/Acceptance shall be at destination. Issue date is August 12, 2010. Quotes are due by August 27, 20101PM EST.
