Description
NSN: 5940-01-079-1647, Splice, Conductor. Purchase Request Number IQC10222009002. 'Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI)' Critical Application Item. NSN has Qualified Products List (QPL) Requirements. Qualification must be IAW Cited Specification/Standards. A QCC code of 'FCA'. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Requested delivery is 30 Days ARO. Solicited Unrestricted as Full and Open after Exclusion of Source basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 2699 HD per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 675 HD (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 4048 HD. The minimum delivery order is 675 HD and the maximum delivery order quantity is 2699 HD. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 30 August 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
