- REQUIREMENT: The US Government seeks to lease approximately 10,000 to 25,000 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government reserves the right to award more or less than the total square footage advertised herein, or to make multiple awards totaling more or less than the total square footage advertised. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. LEASE TERM: Up to forty-eight (48) months. LOCATION: Point of Beginnning - 7th St SW at Marshall Avenue SW. Follow 7th St SW to Patterson Ave SW. Follow Patterson Ave to 7th St SW. Follow 7th St SW to Rorer Ave SW. Follow Rorer Ave SW to 5th St SW. Follow 5th St SW to Gilmer Ave NW. Follow Gilmer Ave NW to N Jefferson St. Follow N Jefferson St to Wells Ave NW.
