- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to enter into contract with Stanford University (CIFE) to obtain a Partner-Level Membership with CIFE (Center for Integrated Facility Engineering) at Stanford University. Benefits of memberships to include the following types of services: researchers, staff and/or faculty will carry out research, development, training and program support with GSA, Visiting Fellow on site (or at CIFE) for the base period plus 4 option years. The procurement action is to obtain partner-level membership in the construction related organization. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider any responses received by 12:00 noon Friday, September 17, 2010. A determination solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive negotiation. Interested firms for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive negotiation. Interested firms shall identify the firm's status (i.e., veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns or large). We strongly encourage, small, women-owned, and small disadvantaged firms to participate. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
