Description

REPAIR: This acquisition is to add one repair NSN/PN to an existing IDIQ contract (Contract# F09603-03-D-0001) for calendar years 2011 and 2012. It is applicable to the AAQ-23 system. The repair is to: Input NSN: 1280-01-398-3958 AY and Output NSN: 1280-01-570-1501 AY, Noun: Sensor Assembly, P/N 8426367, Quantity: Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 44 ea for CY 2011 and 48 ea for CY 2012. The proposed contract action is sole source to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc, Cage Code: 72314 under statutory authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not currently own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate solicitation issue date is 14-Oct-2010.
