- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source purchase order in the amount of $35,189.13 to the incumbent contractor, Commerce Clearing House (CCH) for the renewal of various legal, accounting, and business publications and updates inclusive, but not limited to the following titles: 2010 Master Tax Guide, Accountants' SEC Practice Manual, MSRB Manual, NYSE Guide, NYSE ARCA guide, Philadelphia Stock Exchange Guide, FINRA Manual-renewal, Canada Corporations Law Reporter, and Canadian Securities Law Reporter. The aforementioned publications and services are required for official Securities and Exchange Commission's purposes. The period of performance for this award is: 1 September 10 through 31 August 2011. CCH is the only known source that provides the aforementioned publications required by the SEC. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of identical publications, which maybe considered by the agency. Responses must be received by close of business, on or before August 31, 2010 and must be in writing to the address listed within this notice. No late responses will be accepted. Such submissions will be evaluated solely for determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If this determination is made, an award will be issued without further notification.
