- Attachment 4.2 List of Artwork with Framing Requirements Attachment 4.1 Statement of Work DD1449 and Solicitation Clauses Solicitation No. HM0177-10-T-0126a This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-44. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement for art framing supplies and services for eighteen (18) images. If you are able to meet this requirement (specific details of which are listed on the attached Statement of Work), please submit a quote in accordance with the stipulations set forth below. All vendors interested in submitting a proposal for consideration should do so, prior to the solicitation closing date, via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed in this solicitation. Proposals not submitted via e-mail will not be evaluated. This requirement is being competed solely through the Government Point of Entry (www.fbo.gov). 1. This requirement is a 100% HUBZone business set-aside. 2. All quotes must list the salient characteristics ofthe items proposed. 3. The total price ofthe quote should include shipping/handling and any other ancillary costs, as relevant. The vendor shall either ship the artwork (including insurance and the necessary handling requirements) or hand-deliver the artwork to the address listed in the solicitation. 4. The quote shall include not only the total price, but should also be broken out into price per unit. 5. Quote will be evaluated based on price and technical acceptability. Award will be made to the vendor whose offer is determined to be the LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE to the Government. If two or more quotes are equal in all respects, the government will choose a winner in accordance with FAR Part 14.408-6. 6. Delivery Timetable: Not longer than 45 days after Government delivery of images needing framing to successful Contractor. 7. All supplies must be new, not refurbished or remanufactured. 8. All quotes shall be in accordance with the specifications detailed under Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001. 9. All quotes are due by 3:00 PM EST on 2 September 2010 and should be sent to Contract Specialist Adam Greenspan (Adam.M.Greenspan@nga.mil). 10. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov) database as well as ORCA (www.orca.gov) prior to any contract award. Lack of registration in CCR and ORCA will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage code, DUNS number, the date offer expires, line item unit price, and total cost.
