Description

Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 39, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 111, Max Contract Qty per year is 208. Orders are to be shipped within 144 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. NSN 1680-00-830-3287. Approved source: Pacific Scientific, CAGE 45402, P/N R75362. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is September 15, 2010 with a closing date of October 15, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date.
