The services will be procured on a sole source basis from Antcom Corporation, 367 Van Ness Way, Torrance, CA 9501 USA as the only service provider capable of meeting the Government 冱 minimum requirements. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP) Delivered (F.O.B. Destination) product. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Firms who respond to this notice shall supply, as part of their quote/bid, the following: Quote, payment terms, delivery schedule (ARO), D&B#, CCR Status, ORCA status, and shall not be listed on the Suspended or Debarred Listing (EPLS) at time of award. Billing shall be made through the electronic Wide Area Workflow System (WAWF): https://wawf.eb.mil These items shall be shipped to the Receiving Officer, 6220 Tisdale Road, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5114.
