Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is issued in accordance with the guidance for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and FAR Subpart 5.705. Contract Number SB1341-10-SU-0489 was awarded to Spectra Dynamics of Louisville, CO, on May 17, 2010 in the amount of $6,041,538.00. Work under this contract will provide new components for the NIST Time Scale System, including coordination of and execution of installation, integration, training, troubleshooting, and warranty management. Modification P001 shall be executed to extend the period of performance, incorporate changes to the statement of work with respect to delivery, and incorporate a new delivery schedule. Attachment I will be modified to incorporate changes to required delivery as well as incorporate corrections to the quantities of line items 0012, 0018 and 0022. The period of performance shall be changed as follows: FROM: May 17, 2010 through June 30, 2012; TO: May 17, 2010 through September 30, 2014. The total amount of the contract shall be increased by $9,424.00 from $6,041,538.00 to $6,050,962.00.
