- requirement justification and approval This a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordancw with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure A LARGE FORMAT PRINTER, LAMINATOR AND CONSUMABLES (INK) Please see the attachment for specifics. Brand name or equal required. Evaluation factor is lowest price. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, PRIOR TO 12 PM PT SEPT 13, 2010 No telephone calls please.
