Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-10-Q-0033 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 611420 with 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Offers shall include current pricing, Cage Code, Dun and Bradstreet Number, Federal ID Number, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Email Address, and Point of Contact. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead and shall include all charges. The contractor shall instruct a class of up to eighteen USACE personnel in ArcGIS 9.3. Training shall be provided by ESRI certified trainers. The vendor shall provide their own computer for connection to the USACE provided projector. No access to USACE network resources will be provided. Students will be required to log onto training computers using network credentials. The vendor shall provide any training materials required by the students at least seven days prior to the class to allow loading onto the training network. Printed reference material and workbooks shall be provided by the vendor. Students should be proficient in the use of ArcGIS 9.3 at the end of class. Training shall be conducted at the US Army Corps of Engineers, 167 N. Main Street, Room 637, Memphis, TN 38103. Training shall commence on 18 October 2010 and end on 22 October 2010 and shall be conducted between the hours of 0800 and 1600 each day. The class shall include training on all topics listed below.
