- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration Eastern Region Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request of Quotations (RFQ) for a firm, fixed price purchase order for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance for the Wilmington Weather Service Office, 1901 S. Slate Route 134, Wilmington. OH in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13. The RFQ will be issued on or about September 1, 2010 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFQ number will be EA133W-10-RQ-1436; hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The performance period will be one year with a start date on or about October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011, with four (4) one (1) year options to extend period of performance. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is Z242 and the NAICS Code is 238220, small business size standard is $14.0 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned.
