- Description
- The project includes but is not limited to the following Work: This project is to resurface the parking garage to prevent water leakage. This will include filling/repairing any surface and structural cracks, preparing the surface by blast cleaning and grove cutting, applying epoxy coating on floor and 8" cove base, and restriping/remarking as necessary. Epoxy coating shall be high performance, traffic bearing, waterproof deck coating. Base Bid: The Base Contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price to perform the construction services for the parking garage per the drawings and specifications. The contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and any other necessary items to perform the work. Option 1: This Option will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price to perform the construction services for the loading dock per the drawings and specifications. The contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and any other necessary items to perform the work. Option 2: This Option will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price to perform the construction services for the sally port per the drawings and specifications. The contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and any other necessary items to perform the work. Option 3: This Option will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price to perform the construction services for the terrace/patio per the drawings and specifications. The contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and any other necessary items to perform the work. Unit Price 1: Cost per square foot of partial depth concrete floor repair. Refer to Drawings for base quantities. Unit Price 2: Cost per linear foot of crack repair. Refer to Drawings for base quantities. Unit Price 3: Cost per linear foot of joint sealant replacement. Refer to Drawings for base quantities. Unit Price 4: Cost per linear foot of cove sealant replacement. Refer to Drawings for base quantities. Unit Price 5: Cost per square foot of cementitious traffic membrane. Refer to Drawings for base quantities. Unit Price 6: Cost per square foot of concrete penetrating sealer. Refer to Drawings for base quantities.
