- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Division intends to procure software tools from Mentor Graphics Corporation. The services will be procured on a sole source basis from Mentor Graphics Corporation, 8005 SW Boeckman Road, Wilsonville, OR 97070-7777 as the only service provider capable of meeting the Government ™s minimum requirements. The items consist of: 1. ModelSim SE/VHDL v.6 Software “ Windows 32 Extended Floating License - Part #205452 (1 each) 2. ModelSim SE/VHDL Software Support (12 month support) “ Part #205452 (1 each) 3. HDL Designer Software “ Windows 32 Extended Floating License - Part #207964 (1 each) 4. HDL Designer Software Support “ Part #207964 (1 each) Award will be made on an all or none basis. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP) Delivered (F.O.B. Destination) product. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2424, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Firms who respond to this notice shall supply, as part of their quote/bid, the following: Quote, payment terms, delivery schedule (ARO), D&B#, CCR status, ORCA status, and shall not be listed on the Suspended or Debarred Listing (EPLS) at time of award. Billing shall be made through the electronic Wide Area Workflow System (WAWF): https://wawf.eb.mil These items will be shipped to the Receiving Officer, 6220 Tisdale Road, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5114.
