- Garage Doors Q1379100103 Provide and Install Garage Doors for the National Park Service (NPS) - Curecanti National Recreation Area.Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), number Q1379100103 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. This is total small business set-aside procurement. The Small Business size standard is $14,000,000. The NAICS is 238990. The contract will be awarded as a purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with the provisions of FAR 13.5. When responding to this RFQ contractors shall provide pricing as follows: CLIN 0001, Supply and Install twelve (12) each 8' X 7' garage doors. 6 of these garage doors will be installed at Lake Fork (apx. 22 miles west of Gunnison, CO) and 6 will be installed in Cimarron (apx. 45 west of Gunnison, CO). $_____________. CLIN 0002, Supply and Install one (1) each 10' X 8' garage doors at Lake Fork (apx. 22 miles west of Gunnison, CO). $_____________. CLIN 0003, Supply and Install one (1) each 14' X 12' garage doors with commercial opener with 1 transmitter at Elk Creek (apx. 16 miles west of Gunnison, CO). $_____________. 1. SPECIFICATIONS: Supply and install garage doors that meets the following specifications:A. Color: WhiteB. 24 Gauge - Commercial GradeC. No windowsD. Non-Insulated 2. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION: Delivery and installation of the garage doors are located at Elk Creek, Lake Fork and Cimarron. PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED NOT LATER THAN OCTOBER 31, 2010. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation, and Offerors may obtain full text versions of these clauses electronically at http://www.arnet.gov/far: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must include: (1) CLIN numbers and pricing as shown above, and the Contractors full name, DUNS number, address, and telephone number. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable to this RFQ: (a) Factors for evaluation will include price and past performance on similar type contracts; past performance and price are of approximately equal importance. 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov, Oct 2003. 52.212-3 -- Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov.
