- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, San Carlos Irrigation Project has a requirement for Single-Phase Pole Mount, Single-Phase Pad Mount and Three-Phase Padmount Distribution Transformers. Brand new equipment only, no subsitutations will be considered. No Partial Awards. This procurement is being advertised under Full and Open Competition with NO Set-Asides. Request for Quote (RFQ) issue date on August 31, 2010. RFQ available on Federal Business Opportunities. Quotes due by close of business Septermber 17, 2010.
