- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0678 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43, Defense Circular Number 20100820, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 423910. 0001 - 20 EA Chief Flatbed (Multicam) load carriage system (Granite Tactical Gear #828286) or equal To be considered an equal item, item must be able to carry the Halmatro hydraulic jaws of life. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PTR4 - 306th Rescue Squadron,DMAFB Tucson, AZ. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition.
