- Please see solicitation attachment for all details provided for the Hydraulic Lifts required for Patrick AFB Autto Hobby Shop. Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation FA2521-11-T-0004 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 201007820.. NAICS is 333921 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. *This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below as described in FAR clause 52.211-6. 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase Brand Name or Equal commercial items manufactured and designed by AMMCO. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. If funds become available, an award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible offeror without discussions. The offer/proposal acceptance period shall be through 30 Sep 10. Please see Attached solictation for details. FOB Destination, Patrick AFB, FL. Delivery: 30 Days After Receipt of Order.
