- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 80181AQ588 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 05-43) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This is a total small business setaside procurement under NAISC classification code: 334220. Product Service Cod: 6675. The small business size standard is 700 employees. The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 8(California/Nevada) has a requirement of a GPS Kit equal to or equivalent to a Trimble RCVAG442 Rover Kit with Accessories to be supplied to the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge in Willows, California, 95988-9639. Market research has indicated that the Trimble RCVAG442 Rover Kit with Accessories has all required specifications for this requirement, however other interested suppliers or manufacturers of similar items that meet or exceed those of the Trimble RCVAG442 Kit are strongly encouraged to submit offers for this requirement if the offerors specifications closely mirror those of the RCVAG442 Rover Kit with accessories as identified within the schedule.
