- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This Amendment 0003 is to give the Government responses to questions submitted by potential offerors to this Solicitation, Solicitation no. Q9420101004, AV Kiosk Content Update, Lewis and Clark National Historical Park QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. QUESTION: Will all the films (4 original and nine existing) require recording of narration? ANSWER: Yes 2. QUESTION: The solicitation indicates that the agency shall provide voice talent. Shall the vendor record narration while onsite for video capture? Is there a suitable location onsite to set-up a sound booth? Or does the agency plan to allow travel for the voice talent? ANSWER: The voice talent does not have to be on-site. They could do the voice over work in a remote location and we would pay for the recording studio. 3. QUESTION: Please clarify the expected timeline. ANSWER: The project is scheduled to be awarded and begin in September 2010, with an estimated completion period of 6 months. 4. QUESTION: Amendment 2 indicates that the Natural Resources film will include "an opening aerial shot." Shall the vendor include cost for aerial video support? Or is the agency providing stock photo-video aerial images? Does the agency provide government furnished air transportation for aerial image capture? ANSWER: The agency will source air transportation for the aerial shot or use an overhead still image. REMINDERS 1. Proposals shall be received at the contracting office no later than September 02, 2010 by 5:00 pm (PST), by courier, fax, email or postal service. 2. In order for your proposal to be considered "responsive" to the solicitation, you must adhere to the instructions and total request. 3. In order for your proposal to be considered "responsive" to the solicitation, you much also be actively registered in the following websites: a. (CCR) Central Contractor Registration - http://www.ccr.gov. This is required per clause 52.204-07. b. (ORCA) On-Line Representations and Certifications Application - http://orca.bpn.gov. This is where contractors will enter their small business representations and certifications. This is required per clause 52.204-08. Even though this solicitation is not a small business set-aside, all contractors are required to be registered regardless of business size. c. All else remains the same.
