Zone Sequence of Operation attachment Revised Drawings (E-4, E-5, E-10, X-1) Solicitation Form 1442 (Modification 1) Revised Statement of Work (dated 8/27/2010) The purpose of this amendment is to: 1.) Incorporate a revised Statement of Work dated 27 August 2010. The only changes were to paragraph 1.01(d). [from 106 to 98 control panels; from 2 to 1 remote HMI radio controls, and from 6 to 7 previously installed control panels] 2.) Incorporate four(4) revised drawings: [E-4, E-5, E-10, and X-1] 3.) Incorporate a Zone Sequence of Operation attachment. 4.) Revise the Solicitation Form 1442. The solicitation line items were adjusted to reflect the changes to the statement of work. Line item 0001 was reduced by 8 control panels; from 89 to 81. 5.) Post the Questions & Answers from the site visit.
