- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 409th CSB Theater Contracting Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the purchase of one (1) Kubota Diesel Tractor BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. This is a combined Synopsis / Request for Quote (RFQ). The vehicle purchased under this contract must be brand new and shall be from the manufacturers most current production. No refurbished products accepted. Detailed tractor specifications will be provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912CM-10-T-0341 attached as a separate document to this Synopsis. The RFQ shall close on 14 Sep 2010. This procurement is being done in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.5.
