FOB: Destination MILSTRIP: N0018310RQFS144 PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: N0018310RQFS144 NET AMT ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0002 1 Each Install conveyor system FFP Contractor factory-authorized representative will: • Set in place new tray return conveyor (flex-belt) system of stainless steel construction. • Complete all connections to new flex-belt conveyor (electrical / water), adjust stainless steel tubular legs / height with cross-bracing and feet. • Mount and connect watertight control panel box, wiring, and power supply to new flex-belt conveyor. • Mount and connect new flex-belt conveyor to existing scrapping table. • Not adjust, nor move, nor perform service work on existing drop-off window, sight and sound barrier, scrapping table, pre-rinse sprays, power roller rack conveyor, gravity roller rack conveyor, mobile landing tables, sliding tables, or mobile sink. • Not adjust, nor move, nor perform service work on existing garbage (food waste) disposal unit or rackless conveyor dishwasher. • NOTE: ALL FINAL DIMENSIONS AND INSTALLATION DRAWINGS TO BE CONFIRMED AND SIGNED OFF BY NMCP NUTRITION STAFF SUPPORT DEPARTMENT AND CONTRACTING OFFICER. PHOTOS OF INSTALLATION SITE TO BE SUPPLIED FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION DATE BY NMCP. ALL FIELD DIMENSIONS MUST BE VERIFIED. THIS IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM INSTALLATION. Contractor factory-authorized representative to: • Disconnect existing poly-cord conveyor from existing scrapping table. • Break down existing poly-cord conveyor: stainless steel legs, belt system, control panel, frame work, and conveyor drive motor. • Disassemble poly-cord conveyor into moveable sections to remove from kitchen / dishroom facility with the assistance of NMCP engineering, kitchen, or on-site US Naval staff. • Move broken down existing poly-cord conveyor in sections to temporary designated area at NMCP (i.e., loading dock, parking lot, etc.) FOB: Destination MILSTRIP: N0018310RQFS144 PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: N0018310RQFS144 NET AMT ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0004 1 Each Haul away disassembled existing FFP Poly-cord Conveyor system.
