Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in theirquote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to update the list of FAR 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms andConditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Itemsclause(s) applicable to this requirement.
