- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to provide for the cleaning of the project office, shop, conference room, stilling basin, all restroom areas, kiosk, shelters, sidewalks, and spraying of fishing pier; litter pickup along embankment and stilling basin roads, observation area, and around the headquarters building and trash removal for each of these areas.
