Description: Remote Operating Vehicle designed for underwater diving operations where divers can inspect areas without having to go into the water. This includes submarine inspections, drydock caisson inspections, and body searches. This unit must have a tethers ranging from 100 ft. to 300 ft. The unit should have a manipulator where it can be controlled from the surface as well as a computer screen for layout of what is being inspected or searched for. The unit should have the capability to illuminate the areas of interest and to provide excellent light. Quantity: 1 each
