Description: Currently, the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) uses Percussion Web Content Management (WCM) system; this solution is not meeting all NPS needs. The Government is interested in learning what Open Source solutions are available in the market place. Information provided should be on Open Source solutions ONLY. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the attached technical characteristic sheet that provides a high level summary of the Government 冱 requirements. It is requested that those interested submit a narrative, not to exceed ten (10) pages, detailing how their product meets the general characteristics noted. Marketing brochures are acceptable but should be limited to only those that provide sufficient technical product details. No other information submitted will be used for purposes other than this RFI. Interested parties should contact the Contracting Specialists below for access to the RFI. All activity on this RFI, postings, proposal submissions, questions, responses, and amendments will be processed through the Government eProcurement tool at govauctions.procuri.com. Submissions should be in Microsoft Office 2003, or greater, or Adobe Acrobat 8, or greater, file format.
