Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE US EPA CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT EP-W-07-104. REQUESTS AND/OR INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE US EPA TO APPROVE A WORK ASSIGNMENT UNDER THIS EXISTING CONTRACT. The purpose of this announcement is to obligate $5,000.00 to intiate Level Of Effort for the eligible Oliver Hill LUST site. The period of performance is from July 20, 2009 to September 28, 2011. Site activities include collecting samples to assess potential vapor instrusion issues related to the site; samples will include, at a minimum, soil vapor, indoor air, ambient air, and sub-slab samples. This work assignment may be amended with additional funding for additional site sampling activites. The site is located approximately 1/2 mile south of Syracuse and adjacent to and south of the Onondaga Nation Arena, which is located at 326 NYS Route 11 in Nedrow, New York.
