- Notice of Intent Sole Source Requisition No. HF1026-0195-0003-000 The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) on behalf of the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1)-FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(b)- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to CCH, Inc. P.O. Box 4307 Carol Stream, IL 60197. CCH Incorporated is the owner and has full right and title to license software package CCH TeamMate. The CCH TeamMate Suite (CCH TeamMate) is a Windows-based electronic audit management system. The purchase of license also purchases a year of support on those licenses. TeamMate License and Support are required to provide additional staff with a license to use the TeamMate software and keep the existing TeamMate software up to date with the latest software releases and patches and have available the TeamMate technical support desk. The TeamMate software is used within the Office of the Deputy Inspector General for Auditing, Office of the Deputy Inspector General for Policy & Oversight, Office of the Deputy Inspector General for Special Plans and Operations, and the Office of the Deputy Inspector General for Intelligence. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). The point of contact for this action is Contract Specialist Intern, Ashlie N. Evans who can be reached at ashlie.evans@us.army.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication (NLT 10 September 2010 1:00 pm EST) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
