- SOLICITATION for CONSTRUCTION Rehabilitate E/G Power Service Building at the Memphis ZME Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Memphis, Tennessee. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing vinyl composition tile and cover base in its entirety, prep concrete floors surfaces, and removal of iron pipe on roof drain. Estimated performance time: 60 calendar days.
