Description
SOLICITATION for CONSTRUCTION Rehabilitate E/G Power Service Building at the Memphis ZME Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Memphis, Tennessee. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing vinyl composition tile and cover base in its entirety, prep concrete floors surfaces, and removal of iron pipe on roof drain. Estimated performance time: 60 calendar days. Estimated price range: $$100,000.00 - $250,000.00Due date for offers: September 17, 2010Estimated start date for project: October 2010 The NAICS code for the acquisition is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
