- The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), 3601 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723 intends to negotiate sole source with MIMvista Corp., 25200 Chagrin Blvd., Suite 200, Cleveland, OH 44122-5684 for the purchase of MIMneuro software add-on module (1 each) for quantitative and qualitative PET/SPECT neurological analysis. The purchase includes workstation MAC Pro (1 each) and MIM service/maintenance and software upgrades for two existing licenses for two additional years. The software and equipment is a logical follow on purchase to upgrade the existing system and provides state-of-the-art brain analysis tools and the highest level of image display functionality. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to close of business (4:30PM local time) on September 9, 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
