Description

Sources sought to provide transportation services for VA patients, and packages to include by not limited to: lab specimens, pharmaceutical packages, surgery packages and x-ray/radiology packages for the VAMC Spokane WA. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate all areas you are capable of providing service, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quote shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 485310 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor to provide 24/7, on-call transportation services, for an estimated 700 calls per year including approximately three or four round trips daily to and from the Spokane VA Medical Center to/from local businesses and medical facilities within the Spokane, WA and outlying areas. Contractor will be providing transportation to Spokane VAMC patients as well as packages to include lab specimens, pharmaceutical packages, surgery packages and x-ray/radiology packages for the VAMC Spokane WA. Contractor must be able to respond to calls within 30 minutes of being contacted by a VA authorized representative.
