Description

Updated Itemized Listing The purpose of this modification is to respond to contractor's question, extend the date/time for response to 7 September 2010, 3:00 pm MST, and provide addendum to FAR 52.212-1. Please complete itemized listing as part of your quote. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1: Multiple offers/options will not be considered. Question: There is no mention of installation and/or training on any of these Hyland Software Modules anywhere in the Solicitation - Is that required? If so, should we include an additional section for those tasks in the Itemized Listing? Response: Basic installation and minimal training are always part of the maintenance fee provided by the manufacturer or their authorized reseller/distributer. Itemized listing has been updated for clarification. Question: In your Itemized Listing breakdown, the top section "Server Modules" seems to be duplicated in the next section "Software Modules", except that the quantities and order are different. What is the difference between these two sections in your Itemized Listing and/or does this modify the desired total quantities for the requested Software Licenses?
