Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate a non-competitive purchase order with C C I Management INC. to renew existing lease agreement for antenna site space at the following: Towson, MD 21204 A purchase order will be issued for a base period of one year plus four 12 month option periods. Due to the uniqueness of coverage, space and height of this requirement, only C C I Management, INC was found. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). This service is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. This notice of intent is not a request for a written quote. However, the IRS will consider all written responses received by no later than 12:00 p.m. EST, September 7, 2010. Written responses should specify the ability to provide the required services, and will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
